Crispin Sturrock

Founder

Crispin Sturrock is the Founder and CEO of WhiteRock. He is the creative and executive visionary of the company. Crispin works with the Managing Director to develop the business worldwide and create greater accountability within the TSCM profession. Crispin is also a key member of the R&D Team, focusing on both technical and non-technical innovations in the TSCM industry.

Crispin set up WhiteRock in 1995. He started his career in the security industry in 1980, and worked as one of the executive directors in a national security firm, prior to setting up WhiteRock. Crispin is an acknowledged and respected professional in the security sector and is a member of numerous professional organisations.

Raili Maripuu

Managing Director

Raili Maripuu is WhiteRock’s Managing Director. Her key responsibility is the day-to-day management of the company, which includes overseeing all four individual departments of the business. She works closely with the CEO on all aspects of the company’s strategic direction.

Raili joined the company in 2006 as a business development director, and has been running WhiteRock since September 2007. She has 10-years worth of international management, legal and lobbying experience in the intellectual property industry based in Tallinn, Estonia and Brussels, Belgium, dealing with copyright and rights management in over 20 countries. Raili speaks four languages.

The key function of the operations team is to ensure that our clients receive the best TSCM service available. This department manages and arranges all operational procedures before, during and after the service provision. The operations team reports to the Managing Director.

Jevan Halley

Operations Leader and Account Manager

Jevan Halley is one of the company’s Operations Leaders. His principal responsibility is to ensure the management of all operational teams in service. Jevan is also an account manager for a number of WhiteRock’s key clients.

Jevan joined WhiteRock in 2005. His professional background includes information technology design, security, installation and support in a corporate environment.

James MacDonald

Operations Executive and Operative

James MacDonald is an Operations Executive. His main responsibility is to ensure the completion of all operational procedures. He is also one of the company’s field operatives.

James joined WhiteRock in 2008, and started his corporate career in the company.

Kieron George

Operations Assistant and Junior Operative

Kieron George is an Operations Assistant and one of the company’s field operatives. His key responsibility is to support the entire operations team, with particular responsibility for the maintenance of the technical equipment. Kieron also has a support role in the R&D team.

Kieron joined WhiteRock in 2009. His professional background includes audio frequency engineering.

Operatives

All our other operatives (currently 10) are field based exclusive contractors who have successfully completed our internal training programmes subject to their corresponding operational level. For the purposes of confidentiality, the details of our field operatives are available to our clients only.

The research and development department consists of two divisions. The research arm investigates the surveillance technology and market, whilst the development arm focuses on improving the operational procedures and counter surveillance technology. The additional function of the R&D Team is to issue regular global corporate espionage news to WhiteRock’s clients in our ‘WhiteNews™’ publication. The team also produces a fortnightly espionage newsflash ‘WhiteSparks™’ that is available for a wider audience. The CEO manages the development team; and the R&D team reports to the Managing Director.

Katrin Vaga

Research and PR Executive

Katrin Vaga is a Research and PR Executive. Her main responsibility is to liaise with the press and manage the preparation of all WhiteRock’s news publications.

Katrin joined WhiteRock in 2010. She worked over 10 years as a professional TV journalist, correspondent, host and documentary producer. Katrin then worked in the international media environment based in Brussels, Belgium for 3 years. She speaks four languages.

Kieron George

Research and Editorial Assistant

Kieron George has an additional responsibility as a Research and Editorial Assistant.

Riina Luik

Design and Layout

Riina Luik has an additional responsibility in design and layout of the newsletters.

The administration department glues WhiteRock’s business structure together by supporting all individual teams in the business and liaising with the outsourced service suppliers. The administration team reports to the Managing Director.

Riina Luik

Office Manager

Riina Luik is WhiteRock’s Office Manager. She works closely with the Managing Director and all other teams to support them in their day-to-day business. Riina has a particular responsibility for accounting aspects of the daily business operations and has a design orientated support role in the R&D team.

Riina joined WhiteRock in 2010. She has an extensive project and events management background working in both private and public sectors. Riina served five years in the press service of the European Parliament and speaks five languages.
