Additional Services

We provide our clients with specialist TSCM policies where required. The objective of such dedicated policy is to develop effective strategies and workable solutions to protect the business information and intellectual property. We also review and update the organisation’s existing TSCM policies.
TSCMâ„¢ audits are essentially a complete logging and tagging of office equipment using numerical ultra destructible anti-tamper foils. The objective of a TSCM audit is to ensure the continuity of the programme and keep an audit trail for future inspections and statistics. The foils are typically applied at the initial inspection, and then physically checked at all following inspections. These foils act as an effective deterrent against unauthorised tampering and keep an audit of all movements and replacements of the office equipment. We record all applied foils in individual logs, which we maintain internally. TSCM audits are typically carried out during office inspections outside working hours.
Currently, 50% of our services are carried out overseas and we provide all our resources from the UK. However, we have developed a green travel-share programme, SMARTâ„¢ that enables our benefiting clients to save money and share the principal travel costs for the work that we carry out at their overseas locations. This works effectively for those clients who implement regular TSCM programmes, which in turn enables long-term planning and savings.
As 80% of all information leaks are due to humans, any organisation should focus on running a dedicated awareness programme for the staff and crisis management scenarios for the responsible employees. We provide focused awareness sessions for senior executives and all staff members. Crisis management is essentially situation containment and preparation for damage control. Our crisis management scenarios contribute to the business continuity planning and prepare the Client against espionage situations where information leaks to the public domain.
