This is our most popular cover option. Offices are natural targets for information gatherers as this is where the majority of companies keep their value and undertake their business activities. Most businesses are protected by physical and IT security but overlook the protection of their conversations, which in turn facilitates the attack of information gathering. This field of information security is currently a “grey area” within most corporations, whereas the solution is there and the implementation is based on the awareness of the responsible staff and allocation of a dedicated budget.

Our office cover consists of processes and measures that assist in preventing and countering unauthorised surveillance, information leaks and other forms of commercial espionage. Our unique and comprehensive methodology establishes how vulnerable an organisation is to an information leak and how well the business is protected against the various forms of threats from unauthorised information gathering.

The typical focus areas are executive offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms and other areas within the organisation that are deemed strategic. The office cover is often expanded to protect executive residences, vehicles as well as live meetings and other events.

Our residence cover is divided into the cover for high profile residences, and the cover for executives and other home workers. The cover for the executive residences is often an extension of a corporation’s overall TSCM cover, whereas high-profile residences require specific protection due to the increased media and other types of high-volume attention.

Our real-time cover is an increasingly popular service whereby we perform only electronic tests (signal analysing and processing) during normal business hours. The rationale of such cover is to monitor and detect all radio transmissions in and around the Client’s premises when confidential information is most likely discussed (working hours). Our real time cover includes radio frequency measurements within and outside the Client’s premises (internal real time and external real time inspections respectively).

Over 40% of our clients use the events cover service that is often an extension of a corporation’s overall TSCM cover. Events cover is effectively a combination of a pre-event inspection and real-time monitoring. This service is tailored to each client and dedicated to highly confidential top executive events (meetings, dinners etc) that take place outside the Client’s premises at an external third party venue where exposure is greater (most typically, in a hotel). The events cover is finalised with a post-event inspection that ensures that no confidential information is left behind, which is a common oversight by events organisers.

Vehicles are often used for strategic and other confidential discussions, and in most cases they are left unprotected. Vehicles are very vulnerable and obvious targets for information gatherers as their management involves third parties (e.g. service garages), who can access the vehicle and any information within.  Vehicle cover means inspecting any designated vehicles (cars, aeroplanes, yachts etc) to ensure that these are free from unauthorised surveillance. Vehicles can also be protected with real-time cover.
